At InkspireU, we create original designs that combine symbolism, creativity, and artistic self-expression. We respect intellectual property rights and operate transparently about our creative sources.

 DESIGN CREATION AND LICENSING

Our products feature: 

1.      ORIGINAL DESIGNS

Illustrations, patterns, and compositions created by our team using digital design tools and graphic editing software. Our designs range from geometric and floral patterns to symbolic and conceptual compositions.

2.     ARTIST COLLABORATIONS:

Some collections feature works created in collaboration with independent artists. In these cases:  

  • The collaborating artist is explicitly credited 
  • Each party retains rights according to the established collaboration agreement 
  • Commercial use of these works is authorized by contract

3.     COMMERCIALLY LICENSED RESOURCES

Visual elements obtained from providers with valid commercial licenses, including:

  • Creative resource platforms (Creative Fabrica)
  • Premium design tools (Canva Pro)
  • Free-use image libraries (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay)
  • Generative artificial intelligence (subject to provider's licensing terms)
  • All third-party resources used have appropriate commercial licenses authorizing their use in commercial products.

Use of artificial intelligence

Some of our designs are created using generative artificial intelligence tools (Midjourney, Canva AI). AI-generated images are created through original prompts developed by our team and subsequently manually edited to achieve the final result. Per the terms of service of the platforms used, the resulting images are our property and we can use them commercially without restrictions.

4.     PUBLIC DOMAIN CONTENT

We incorporate elements from classical works and historical artistic movements in the public domain, including:

  • Sacred geometry and universal symbols
  • Classical artwork (authors deceased before 1954)
  • Classical literature and philosophy
  • Astrological symbols and ancestral cultural archetypes
  • Iconic public domain landmarks and monuments

5.     STYLISTIC INSPIRATION AND ARTISTIC TRANSFORMATION

Some collections feature original compositions inspired by historical artistic movements (impressionism, surrealism, cubism, etc.). These are independent artistic interpretations that do not replicate specific copyrighted works. When inspired by artistic styles, we create completely new compositions that constitute original transformative works.

6.     WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not use:

  • Third-party trademarks or logos
  • Copyrighted characters
  • Specific works by contemporary artists (post-1954) without authorization
  • Extensive quotes from protected literary works
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

We do not sell official merchandise, licensed products, or authorized reproductions from brands, franchises, or copyright holders.

7.      CONTACT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONCERNS

If you are an intellectual property rights holder and believe any content on our site infringes your rights, contact us at info@inkspireyou.com with:

  • Your contact information and proof of ownership
  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • Specific identification of the allegedly infringing material
  • Good faith statement that the use is unauthorized

We will investigate all claims promptly and take appropriate action, including content removal if necessary.
