✶ How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy:

  • Browse our collections and choose your favorite product
  • Select your size, color, and quantity
  • Click "Add to Cart"
  • Review your cart and proceed to checkout
  • Complete your shipping and payment information
  • Done! You'll receive a confirmation email immediately
✶  Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive 2 emails:

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order
  • Shipping Confirmation: When your order leaves production and is shipped (5–7 days later)

If you don't receive the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@inkspireyou.com.

✶How long does it take to produce my order?

All our products are made-to-order—created especially for you with intention and care.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (over 97% of orders ship in ≤5 days)
  • Shipping time: 1–8 business days (domestic), 1–20 business days (international)
  • Total time (door-to-door): 5–20 business days

Times are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

✶ Why does my order show as "Unfulfilled"?

"Unfulfilled" means your order is in production and hasn't been shipped yet.

Once your order is shipped, the status will change to "Fulfilled" and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

✶  Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, but only within the first 24 hours after placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order is already in production and we cannot cancel or modify it (size, color, address, etc.).

To request a cancellation or modification, contact us immediately at info@inkspireyou.com.

✶ Can I add a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes after the order has been processed.

Make sure to apply your discount code on the checkout page before completing your purchase.

✶ I forgot to use my discount code. What can I do?

If you forgot to apply your discount code, contact us immediately at info@inkspireyou.com within the first 24 hours of your order. We'll do our best to help you.

✶SHIPPING & DELIVERY

✶Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada

We're working to expand our reach to more countries in the future.

✶ How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time (door-to-door): 5–20 business days

This includes:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Domestic shipping (within the same country): 1–8 business days
  • International shipping: 1–20 business days

What does "domestic" mean? If you live in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada, your order is produced locally and shipped within your country, significantly reducing delivery times.

✶ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of all our products!

You won't pay any additional shipping costs at checkout. The price you see is the final price you pay.

Note: If your order is shipped outside the United States, you may need to pay import taxes or customs duties directly to your local customs office. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

✶ How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package

Tracking is usually activated within 24 hours after your order is shipped. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 48 hours.

✶ My tracking says "Pre-Shipment" for days. What does it mean?

"Pre-Shipment" means your order has been created in the carrier's system but hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet.

This can take 48–72 hours. If your tracking still shows "Pre-Shipment" after 72 hours, contact us at info@inkspireyou.com.

✶  My package hasn't arrived. When can I file a claim?

If your package doesn't arrive:

  • Wait 5 additional business days after the estimated delivery date before filing a claim
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date
  • Contact us at info@inkspireyou.com with your order number

If we confirm the package is lost, we'll cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping.

✶ My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received anything. What do I do?

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Verify that the shipping address is correct
  • Check with neighbors or family members (sometimes the carrier leaves the package with them)
  • Contact your local post office to confirm the package location
  • File a claim with the carrier (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post)

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment in these cases, as carriers consider packages marked as "delivered" to no longer be in transit.

✶ My tracking hasn't updated in days. What do I do?
  • Domestic (US, UK, CA): If your tracking doesn't update for more than 5 days, contact us at info@inkspireyou.com.
  • International: The original tracking may stop updating once your package arrives in your country. Contact your local post office or customs to get a local tracking number.
✶ My package is "Held in Customs." What does it mean?

It means your package is being temporarily held by your country's customs office. This can happen for several reasons:

  • They need you to pay import taxes or customs duties
  • They require additional documentation
  • They're conducting a random inspection

What should you do?

Contact your local customs office immediately with your tracking number to:

  • Confirm why the package is being held
  • Pay any applicable fees (if necessary)
  • Provide additional documentation (if required)
  • Retrieve your package as soon as possible

Important: Packages held in customs have a time limit. If you don't claim them, they may be returned to sender or destroyed.

✶ Do I need to pay taxes or customs duties?

In most cases, NO.

We produce and ship our products locally within the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. This means:

  •  US customers → Produced in the US → No customs
  • UK customers → Produced in the UK → No customs
  • Canada customers → Produced in Canada → No customs

When WOULD I need to pay customs?

In exceptional cases where your product must be shipped from another country (due to limited availability), you may need to pay:

  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Local tax charges (VAT, GST, PST)

These charges:

  • Vary by country and order value
  • Are the customer's responsibility
  • Are paid directly to your local customs agency (not to us)

Example thresholds:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: Orders over £135 may pay 20% VAT + customs
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: Orders over CAD $150 may pay duties + GST/PST (typically 16-18% on clothing)

Important: We do not issue refunds for unpaid customs fees or packages abandoned in customs.

✶ Do I need to sign to receive my package?

No, a signature is not required to receive your order.

✶ What currency are the prices in?

Our site automatically adapts to your location to show you prices in your local currency:

You can manually change your country/currency using the country selector at the top or bottom of the site. Prices will automatically update based on the selected currency.

Important: Your final payment will be processed in the currency you select during checkout.

✶  When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after you've successfully placed your order—before production begins.

✶ Is it safe to enter my payment information?

Absolutely. Your security is our absolute priority.

We process all payments through an industry-leading ecommerce platform certified with the highest security standards:

Certified security:

  • 256-bit SSL Certificate: Your card information is encrypted during transmission using the same security technology used by banks.
  • PCI Compliant (Level 1): We comply with the highest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), ensuring maximum protection of your payment data.

✶ How do I use a discount code?

On the first checkout page, you'll see a box to enter your discount code.

  • Enter your code
  • Click "Apply"
  • You'll see the total discount before making your payment

Note: Discount codes are not stackable. You can only use one code per order.

✶ I'm having trouble completing my order. What do I do?

If you're having trouble at checkout, try:

  • Clearing your browser cache and cookies
  • Using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  • Using a different device (phone, tablet, computer)

✶ What are your products made of?

All our products are made with premium, high-quality materials, designed for comfort, style, and durability.

✶ How do I know what size to order?

Before placing your order, review our Size Guide found:

  • On each product page (below the "Add to Cart" button)
  • In the site's footer menu

Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Make sure to review the size guide before purchasing.

✶ Are your products true to size?

Yes, our products are generally true to size. However:

  • Some styles may have a slimmer or looser fit
  • If you prefer a looser fit, consider ordering one size up

✶ Do the colors look exactly like in the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings
  • Minor color differences do not qualify for a refund or exchange
✶ What does "Made-to-order" mean?

It means each product is created especially for you after you place your order—we don't keep physical inventory.

This allows us to:

  • Create unique, personalized products
  • Reduce waste and be more sustainable
  • Offer a wide variety of designs without inventory limitations

That's why production times are 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

✶ Do you offer a quality guarantee?

Yes. InkspireU offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

All our products are carefully inspected for quality. If you receive a product with:

  • Printing errors
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping

✶ RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

✶ Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse (change of mind)
  • Incorrect size (if you ordered the wrong size)
  • Unwanted color

We DO accept claims and offer refunds/replacements for:

  • Printing errors
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Products damaged during shipping

✶ I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

If it's still within the first 24 hours of your order, contact us immediately at info@inkspireyou.com and we'll do our best to change your size.

After 24 hours, your order is already in production and we cannot make changes.

If you receive a product with an INCORRECT size due to a production error (not your ordering mistake), we'll replace it for free.

✶ What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

If you receive a product with printing errors, defects, or damage, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Send an email to info@inkspireyou.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product (front, back, label, visible defect)
  • Description of the problem

We'll review your claim within 24–48 hours and offer you:

  • Free replacement
  • Full refund
  • Store credit
✶ How long does it take to process my refund?

If your claim is approved for a refund:

  • We process refunds within 3–5 business days
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

The refund will be processed to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

✶ I provided an incorrect address. What do I do?

You have 24 hours after placing your order to correct your address.

If your package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address:

  • We do not offer a refund (the product was already produced)
  • You'll be responsible for the reshipping cost

We'll confirm the correct address with you before reshipping.

✶ I didn't pick up my package at the post office. What happens now?

If you don't pick up your package and it's returned to our facilities:

  • We do not offer a refund
  • You'll be responsible for the reshipping cost

We'll confirm if you still want to receive the product before reshipping.
